Little Miss Snow Girl Costume

My 2 year old daughter Taylor is sporting this homemade snow woman outfit. I wanted her to have an original costume. I made her tutu using 3 rolls of tulle. I wanted it to be extra full. She is wearing a white turtleneck with 3 different size pom- poms I made out of black yarn. She has on a red scarf and black boots. Her head band I bought in craft store and covered with black ribbon. I made the top hat out of stiff felt.I used red ribbon with snowflakes in it for band on hat and 2 snowflake buttons to accent top. I cut a piece of holly and hot glued to side of hat. For the finishing touch I put a little blush on her cheeks and nose since it is cold outside. Besides the boots..it cost about $23.00 to make this costume. She won first place in the 2 year old division.
