This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Johanna, the 'Ursula' costume creator:
My 5 year old little girl Coco, refuses to be a princess. She wanted to be a scary clown, but we said no. The year that Elsa was popular, Coco went as Olaf.
This year she wanted Ursula. Couldn't find anything age appropriate so I stayed up all night making it for her.
