A word from Brittney, the 'Little Red Riding Hood' costume creator:
My youngest is wearing a little red riding hood costume. She is the youngest of 5 of my girls! Every year they get to pick their costumes and I figure out how to make them! She is still a little young to say want she wants to be without changing her mind every time we talk about Halloween! Her older sister mentioned little red and she was happy with it so we went with it! I also couldn't get her to stand still long enough to get a "good quality photo."
