This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Little Red Riding Hood' costume creator:
Piper , 6, is wearing the costume, we thought she would was a perfect riding hood when she put on the costume. I glamed up her long red locks, and took some pictures.
