This homemade costume for babies entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Pamela, the 'Little Old Lady' costume creator:
My daughter, Scout is wearing the costume and I thought it would be cute to dress her up as a little old lady! I made her wig, bought the glasses and put the rest of her outfit together with clothes and things we had at home. She is just too cute!
