This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.

Happy Halloween 2016!
I made granny wigs for my 16 month-old daughter Hannah and her 11 month-old cousin Avaya. I bought cotton baby toques from the clearance section of Old Navy and then some thick wool from Michael's. I used a small watermelon as my "baby head" to hold the toque and then I used hot glue to attach the wool into a granny hairstyle.
My sister-in-law found the eyeglasses and jewelry, and we dressed them in clothes they already owned (just combined a bit differently!).
The girls were pretty good sports and it made for a good laugh!
