Costume creator here, I made these looks in a few hours for cheap using coloured face powder, eyeshadow and eyeliner. I glued hair all over Jay's head (what a trooper) and face, and styled my hair to hide the cheap looking headband for the zebra ears. Our clothes are from Value Village. ROAR!
