This homemade costume for pets entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.

My golden retriever Tessa is wearing a lion costume I made. Simple to make - Measure the beast, sew the body to slip it over her head. Sew round ears with light fabric in front, dark fabric in back. Cut holes in the mane, turn inside out and feed the ears through the holes and sew.
