This homemade costume for pets entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Bethanne, the 'Li'l Pumpkin' costume creator:
This is My Buffy and she is a tea cup Yorkie and weight's 3 lbs. the Costume is made of a Baby bib, I bought last year at a yard sale and I bought the material for the too - too ....which is on the backside. I gathered the material together like a fan and sawed it to the bib and put velco to each side of the bib to go around the tummy area of the Dog to hold the costume on and then added her name with lettering on the pumpkin under it's mouth.
