It looks like its a lego head storage box that has been painted, the hands are pool oodles that have been cut and hand holes. Then it looks like all individual boxes and softer cardboard to get the curves all joined together . A fabulous costume that im going to try make !!

Ez, you are incorrect, I used construction foam board from lowes. The face is a custom printed decal I had made and it surrounds a cage like structure. The mouth is cut open for view and there is a black nylon screen across. Everything else was hand shaped foam. This along with the skeleton are for sale. My email is martimagico at gmail

Hey Matt!
This is fantastic! Could you tell/show me how you created the legs?
Also, how easy/difficult was it for walking around?
