Hi Nancy, I used a kids hat, poster cardboard,flowers, fish line, cut the top of water bottles, to use to hold candles ... candles made from plastic and lights, and red material That I used to make the dress. The skeletons are made of foam stuffed with cotton balls. And a glue gun to put it together. Dress: red material, hula hoop on bottom, and foam around the outside of the hula hoop , (Home Depot )the foam is for hot pipes again I glued the top of water bottles to hold candles flowers. And I used a sharpie for print of dress. Hope this helps you Nancy
