This homemade costume for pets entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Odys, the 'Kosher Dog' costume creator:
A typical ballpark frank was not enough for this 5 month old English Bulldog pup, he needed something more! So Odys tapped into his Jewish heritage and decided to be a Kosher Dog!
I bought a hotdog costume online and resewed it so he was more comfortable. I bought the yarmulke at a Jewish bookstore by myself and sewed shoelaces in place so it would stay on. I bought the shawl and for the cherry on top, I made the "Hebrew National" pins myself!
