Knight in Shiny Armour Costume

Keeton loves Mike the Knight and wanted to be a knight this year for Halloween, but all the costumes seemed to be one piece jumpsuits or really fake and plastic so we decided to make our own. Little did we know what an undertaking this would be. My granny and mom, with some help from me, worked on this costume for six weeks. We found some pictures and went from there. The cost is in a bunch of sections it is made with a pliable cardboard wrapped in plastic. It is held together by rivets made of brads and chicago screws. The arms and legs are attached to the body by elastic bands. His lance is a wooden rod painted black and wrapped in duct tape. All the time in effort were well worth it in the end. Keeton loves his costume and tells everyone he meets that he is a Knight in Shiny Armour.
