This homemade costume for adults entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Savanh, the 'Joker' costume creator:
I am wearing a red blazer that I found at goodwill and a blue button up that I also found at thrift city then I put on my jeans in my closet then did my hair and make up with paint. I came up with the ides of similar to my last year’s costume of beetle juice any crazy men with suits is a favorite of mine.
