This homemade costume for men entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Eddie, the 'Joker' costume creator:
I'm wearing the outfit which I bought online but my wife had to alter big time. The props were made by wifey as well. Make-up done by my lovely daughter. Act is all mine. But moves from the movie Joker!
