Jellyfish Costume

Heidi is wearing the costume. It was very easy to make! I used a king-sized white, flat sheet and used safety pins to keep it attached to my umbrella. I used battery operated lights and attached the battery compartment to the very center, top area, underneath the sheet. I just tied it to the metal. The lights are curtain style, so I safety pinned them to the sheet starting from the very center and then out towards the edges so they could hang down. Then I used iridescent tool material and wrapped it around the lights and then I added strings of iridescent looking type of curling ribbon all around the edges by taping it on the top side of the umbrella. I wore white clothes underneath a white sheet that I just cut a hole in for my head to pop through.
