This homemade costume for couples entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jordan, the 'Jack and Sally Skellington' costume creator:
The Nightmare before Christmas is our favorite movie so this was a easy choice. We didn't want the standard store bought costume and mask so Claire's (Sally) dress was hand sewn. She spent about 8 hours stitching together random fabric pieces onto a plain black shirt. My costume is a simple black shirt and pants which I then used fabric paint to make the pinstriping and details. Instead of a mask I used a white skull cap and painted my face.
