It's not without a Party! Costume

This costume is 100% DIY made by me (Christina) and worn by me (as seen in the pictures).
I made the tutu by purchasing tulle from fabric land and cutting each piece into strips in which i measured and wrapped 4 sections at a time around an elastic band that fit my waist. I did so by following insturctions from a Youtube video.
I then purchased a tank top and jewels/ sequence from the dollar store and hot glue gunned them one at a time, along with two metalic purple bows for the chest area. I then made my party hat out of a thick paper, measured the length i desired and hot glue gunning pink metalic paper, and a silver glittery design around the boarder for emphasis. I aswell bedazzled my shoes to add emphasis from head to toe. The day of I wore tinsil eye lashes, bright pink lipstick, a big smile and carried a silver party bag that held my party favors and streamers. I also got a light pink helium balloon from a local party store to carry around with me for the night! I had such a blast making this costume and just as much fun wearing it! I received endless complements and wish i could wear it everyday! People were amazed at how I would make a 'party' into a costume. I an definantely estatic with the outcome and how it reflects my personality as a bright, bubbly and creative party girl!
