This homemade costume for babies entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Victoria, the 'IT' costume creator:
Isabella is a 13 month old small shop brand rep and we got this idea because mama loves everything spooky. The Bummies and Bow are from savyandstella boutique which is a small shop. The balloon was tied with a thick ribbon for a bigger statement. We love dressing up and taking pics! Isabella killed it...no pun intended.
