This homemade costume for couples entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Dawn, the 'Inspector Gadget and Penny' costume creator:
My husband and I were children of the 80's! I like to make matching costumes so this year we were inspector gadget and his Niece Penny. We used foam board and curtain rod and and old shoe polisher to make the helicopter hat and yes, it actually spins!
