Im SO Shocked Costume

This is a cheap easy DIY costume. All you need is black eyeshadow, an old t-shirt (rip holes in it & apply black eyeshadow around the rips and on random spots on your face and hair so they look burned). Tease your hair as much as possible then bend forward and spray your hair while upside down with freeze hairspray and blow dry on and off while still bended forward until hair sticks straight up when standing upright. Carry around an electrical outlet so you can put your (finger in the light socket) for pictures.
