This homemade costume for kids entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.

Ice cream man and ice cream cone with sprinkles.
The cones are hot glued into the top of a shoe box.
For the strawberry ice cream I hit glued laminated pieces of construction paper. For the headband, I rolled a laminated piece of construction paper around a styrofoam cone and then covered a semicircle piece of styrofoam with pink felt.
