A word from Autumn, the 'Howdy Halloween' costume creator:
My idea came from my son who wanted to be a clown! But I love putting a twist on things. My daughter is a wanna be beauty queen all the time so this was a perfect duo. The barrel was made out of card board and her costume has a lot of hot glue and bling😜.
