This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Chelsea, the 'Hospital Patient Escapee' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume. All that I used was a White Stiff fabric based shirt and splattered it with my hand prints dipped in red paint. I did my face with face paint gray, purple, blues and blacks and added a sewn mouth effect using Black thread and spirit gum.
I didn't go with any bottoms but you could match it with white pants and slippers.
