This homemade costume for boys entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ryanna, the 'Hobo' costume creator:
This is Owen, he is 3. Started off seeing all the local bums,seem to be more n more.Figured i could turn something very ugly...ADORABLE n the way to do it was with Owie :)we scruffed up some clothes,shoes,hat gloves found him some worn shoes then added a some brown make up for full beard to keep him warm!
