This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ashley, the 'Hillary For Prison '16' costume creator:
Baby Reagan (my daughter) is dressed as Hillary Clinton as a prisoner. The idea came from current and historical events. My aunt made the jumpsuit and we purchased the handcuffs and printed her placard.
