This homemade costume for babies entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Allyssa, the 'Harry & Lloyd in the Mutt Cutts Van' costume creator:
Mom (me) is wearing the back of the van. Twin 2 year olds (Jack and Charlie) are dressed as Harry and Lloyd.
I used their Zoe double stroller. Covered it with cardboard boxes and carpet.
