This homemade costume for babies entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Claire, the 'Harry and Lloyd from Dumb and Dumber' costume creator:
My 2yo twins are Lloyd and Harry from Dumb and Dumber (one of my favorite movies). I bought the suits, but made the Mutts Cutts dog wagon from the movie. I made it out of a carpet I bought at the goodwill, cutting, sewing and zip tying that thing together for the local kids parade.
