This homemade costume for women entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Natasha, the 'Harley Quinn' costume creator:
I am obsessed with Harley Quinn and The Suicide Squad. I ordered part of my costume on Amazon and got the shirt and accessories at Hot Topic. I made my boots with white electrical tape over my boots. I ripped the shirt and modified the shorts. I added fake ponytails which I painted. I got some temporary tattoos too, I think I did a pretty good job💙❤️
