This homemade costume for boys entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Marisa, the 'Groot' costume creator:
Here is my 9 year old son, Julian! It’s tradition around here for me to make him his costume each year. So when he asked for Groot, I hesitated but I couldn’t say no. It took me an entire week of trial and error, staying up late, lots of paint and plenty of back aches. I’d say I didn’t do half bad!! We’re both very happy with the outcome this year! Happy Halloween!
