This homemade costume for couples entered our 2011 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jessica, the 'Garden Gnomes' costume creator:
My husband and I went as "garden gnomes" for Halloween this year. The costumes were VERY inexpensive. I handmade about 75% of the pieces. I made a long skirt, apron and hat for myself and a tunic, beard, belt, and hat for my husband. We added a white shirt and shoes for my costume and jeans, a t-shirt and shoes for my husband's costume.
