This homemade costume for boys entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Leon, the 'Galactikid' costume creator:
The wearer of this costume is my then 3-year-old son named Usher Zayn C. Tolentino. This is inspired by the Sci-Fi Space Exploration movies. Other than the coloring and assembly items, all the material used in this costume are recycled. The wings and the trick-or-treat robot basket are made from used rubber mats. The accessories are made from different kids of plastic items such as empty bottes, container caps and old toys. I assembled it using hot glue and nylon chords then spay-paint it with silver and embellished it with red-colored items.
