This homemade costume for groups entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Valerie, the 'Frozen Babies' costume creator:
We have Myla as Elsa. Material used was Hobby Lobby fabric ($5.99/yard) Tulle ($3.99) for dress. Material was surged in back and snowflakes (Walmart $3.99) were hand down on. Tutu was hand tied tulle to elastic. Dress was designed by Myla and sown together by her aunt and neighbor.
We have Harley as Anna. Top was sown out of excess mask material Joanne fabric ($9.99/yd). Tulip fabric paint ($1.99/tube Hobby Lobby) was used for the design. Embellished with gold ribbon ($3.99 Joanne Fabrics). Tutu hand tied tulle to elastic. Harley did the fabric paint design and was involved in the costume planning process making a family activity.
We have Houston as Olaf. He is in a white onesie from
hobby lobby ($3.99) bottons are cut out felt hobby lobby ($.33) white hat hobby lobby ($2.99) face is made from felt ($.33) and pipe cleaners.
