This homemade costume for girls entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Renee, the 'Froot Loops' costume creator:
We wanted to make a costume and decided to try using paper mache. We got the idea from pinterest and made our own version of froot loops. The Foot Loops are pool noddles and I hand painted the front. The costume is not heavy and the straps are adjustable. The total cost was around $20. My daughter, age 9 is wearing the costume. We also made her a spoon trick or treat bag so she could safely social distance due to Covid.
