This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Mandy, the 'French Fries and Ketchup' costume creator:
My 16 month old twin girls- bailey is French fries and Maci is ketchup:) These costumes are made with felt material and hot glue. I got the idea online. My momma made them. She paid $19 for material and hats.
