This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Dawn, the 'Madam Wanna Grand' costume creator:
My costume is a fortune teller in a box. The name is Madam Wanna Grand. I entered a local contest 4 years ago and won the top prize of $1,000. The costume is made out of a cardboard wardrobe box and craft items from the local craft stores. I am bringing it out of "retirement" this weekend to try my luck again at another $1,000 prize.
