This homemade costume for families entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Staci, the 'Flying Monkeys and the Wicked Witch' costume creator:
My husband and daughter were the flying monkeys and I was the witch. We used store bought monkey costumes and the made the flying monkey vests out of felt and puff paints. The hats were styrofoam cups covered in felt and then puff painted. We bought my husbands wings and made our daughter's out of material and wire hangers. The witch costume was store bought.
