This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Evie, the 'Flo from Progressive' costume creator:
I have been told so many times that I resemble Flo from Progressive.
I decide this would be a perfect and fun costume for Halloween 2016.
I ordered the apron and buttons online, winged out my black eyeliner put on a blue head band and red lip. Insta Flo!
