This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Female Punisher' costume creator:
My husband always loved the punisher .. so I decided to recreate this costume in the female version . I custom made the shirt with the logo and bullets .. and constructed a tactical looking apparatus .
