This homemade costume for women entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Brooke, the 'Eyes are the Windows to the Soul' costume creator:
I got the idea from two different YouTube videos. One was a joke but I thought it was a great idea(the google my eyes), the other was the mouth piece.
Glam and Gore is where I got the idea for the mouth. Madeyewlook is the creator of the googley eyes.
