This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cassandra, the 'Evil Queens' costume creator:
My oldest daughter wanted to be Meleficent so I thought I'd do an evil queen theme with all my girls. We picked what ones and off to the craft store we went. We bought soooo much tule, some felt, some jersey knit, silk, and a ton more on more than one trip lol. Next came the fittings, sewing, and lots of tule tying. We're super happy with the way they turned out. Everything, including accessories and crowns/horns were made by us!!
