This homemade costume for girls entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Danika, the 'Elsa' costume creator:
My daughter, Danika Stanley, is wearing a Elsa dress from the movie Frozen 2. Though she is 13 she will always be a little princess. I've seen her as a princess all my life. Now one day of the year Fort Wayne gets a chance to see her true form.
