This homemade costume for couples entered our 2011 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ashley, the 'Elmo and Oscar' costume creator:
Ashley is Elmo and Scott is Oscar. I made both the costumes. The tutu is made from tulle and ribbon and Oscar's fur is bathroom mats from Burlington Coat factory.
