This homemade costume for adults entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.

Hello! In the picture, I am wearing my costume as a EBT Food Stamp card, lol! I decided to do make it because wouldn't everybody love to get FREE FOOD?! LOL! I made it by outlining a picture of an EBT card on a poster board, and then I used Sharpie and Crayola Slick Stix to color it in. I then cut out the face section with a box cutter.
