This homemade costume for pets entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lori, the 'Ducksylvania' costume creator:
Oddball was a rescue duck,..he had difficulties eating with his deformed beak,..but now we used "deep bowls" he scoops out his food. Now Oddball is a Happy Quacker !!
