This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Nicole, the 'Dragon Queen' costume creator:
I'm wearing my Dragon Queen costume which I thought I'd two months ago. I did my own makeup with liqiud latex for my cheekbones and added contacts. My corset is hand detailed with told that I also did myself and the whole skirt I also made myself.
