This homemade costume for girls entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kathleen, the 'Dorothy' costume creator:
My granddaughter. My daughter bought the dress and shoes at a thrift store. I used spray glue and glitter on the shoes and glued on the bows. The basket was a small blue walmart basket that I placed cardboard inside and painted it.
