Dorothy and Scarecrow Costume

I was Dorothy! I made the slippers by purchasing red patent leather kitten heels and covering each with a heavy duty craft paste (YES Paste is the brand). Then I slowly wound ribboned red sequins around the shoe and let them dry. The bows are chipboard covered in red fabric then decorated with more of the sequin ribbon and jewels. My husband was the scarecrow, one dog was Toto and I had a flying monkey and the cowardly Lion dogs!
