Doodle at the Sock Hop Costume

This is Paisley. She is a golden doodle who lives in Colorado. I got the idea for her to dress like she was going to a sock hop! A Doodle wearing a Poodle Skirt. The skirt is made from grey felt and was just cut in a half circle. It was sewn in a gather with elastic around the waist. To cover the stich I used pink rickrack. I used and iron on poodle appliqué and hand sewed ribbon to resemble the leash. She is wearing a child’s black cardigan. I added pink “ear” bows and a scraf and pearl around her neck.
