Donuts for Cops Costume

My 2 children, Madelyn and Maci are wearing these costumes. My youngest daughter loves donuts, and wanted to be a donut for Halloween. We bought felt and painted the inside of a box. I sewed felt together, and had the girls stuff them full of stuffing from an old pillow. We used colorful paint to decorate the donuts. The cops at the Halloween party at school loved the costumes and asked the girls to take a picture for their Facebook page. They told the kids they would understand the joke about cops and donuts when they get older.
